Group Sessions
Healing can happen in a community. These sessions offer connection, support, and practical tools to build confidence, set boundaries, and reshape one's relationship with food and self. Sessions run for 60 minutes weekly.
The Power of Group Healing
You’re not alone. Group therapy provides a space to share experiences, gain insight, and learn from others who truly understand your journey. With between 6-10 members, the group is small enough for deep connection and meaningful conversation yet diverse enough to offer new perspectives and support.
Guidance & Real-World Strategies
Each session (there are 12) offers expert support and practical tools for daily use, such as managing stress without turning to food or improving self-talk.
