What’s included
Individual Sessions
A supportive space to work through eating struggles, body image, depression, anxiety, attachment challenges, and low self-esteem. I will help you break patterns and build a healthier relationship with food, body, and self. These sessions run up to 60 minutes weekly.
Care Coordination & Collaboration
Support in working alongside dietitians/nutritionists, medical providers, or other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to healing.
Meal & Body Image Support Sessions
For those moments when you need extra support—before a meal, after a tough day, or when body image struggles are hard—these brief check-ins provide real-time guidance and strategies to help you stay on track. These sessions run for 30 minutes only.
