Meet Tracy

Hi, I’m Tracy, founder of Connections Restored Therapy, LLC. As a fellow high-achieving woman of color, I understand how cultural, personal, and professional pressures can shape one's relationship with food and one's body. Having been in your shoes, I recognize how past experiences and emotional patterns can influence one's present-day struggles.

My work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified professional Coach (CPC) centers on helping women like you rebuild the crucial relationships that shape your life, particularly your relationships with food, your body, and, most importantly, yourself. I specialize in helping you break free from cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt that often come from striving for success.

In addition to my work with eating disorders and body image issues, I have experience working with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder to personality disorders and psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. This depth of experience allows me to approach your healing process with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the unique pressures high-achieving women of color face.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 25 years in leadership roles across corporate America, national non-profits, and government organizations, while always remaining true to my social work values.

Now, I help high-achieving women of color transform their relationships with themselves so that they can pursue success without sacrificing their well-being.

Welcome to Connections Restored Therapy. It’s nice to meet you!

XO, Tracy
